Mario’s House is a spacious 137 m² retreat that celebrates the story of Podere Calcinaia’s founder. Featuring a private entrance for maximum independence, the apartment welcomes up to six guests in three large bedrooms, with the addition of a cot. Comfort is ensured in every season thanks to air conditioning in all rooms.
The heart of the home is the welcoming living room, served by a modern, fully equipped kitchenette: induction hob, air fryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The convenience of two bathrooms pairs with the intimacy of two enclosed inner terraces, private corners where the light and calm of the Podere blend into a unique atmosphere.

La Zufola is a cozy, functional 50 m² accommodation, designed to be accessible to everyone thanks to its private entrance and barrier-free spaces. It can host up to four people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, air fryer, microwave, and coffee machine. The apartment has air conditioning and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, ideal for a practical, comfortable stay.
Guests of both apartments can enjoy a large outdoor green area, with a big garden equipped with a barbecue area for outdoor lunches and dinners.
